And the winner is....
The winner of our iMix drawing for a new iPod Nano is Instructor Tami Reilly for the Shakti Hills iMix. Here are a few words from Tami on Spinning Nation...
"We do have a few things in common, one is our love for Spinning - what the program is truly about and how it makes us feel and we do it because we can. That's the reason why we need events like Spinning Nation - to remind us of all those who can't and to do our part to help tackle some of the deadliest diseases out there that prevent people from doing what they want to do. For those of us who feel good and move when and where we want, we can't imagine how AIDS or cancer will impact our lives. We all need to do something to work towards the elimination of these deadly diseases. We need to somehow reach out and help those beyond our reach. We are all in it together - today I ride to help find a cure for you - tomorrow it may be for me - we just don't know. The passion inside this program can help to make one person at a time feel and be better. How can we not? Three amazing causes together - that's a no brainer! We do it because we can!"

How to create an iMix
- In iTunes, create a new Playlist of songs for your iMix and the order you want them to play.
- Choose the new playlist and under the iTunes "File" menu click "Create playlist."
- Email the title of your iMix to music@sportsgrants.org and we'll post it for you.
- Tell your friends and students they can go to www.spinningnation.org to download your iMix.
